Data Cleanup Settings<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The Data Cleanup<\/strong> feature in Zecurit allows you to manage data retention policies across different types of system-generated logs, reports, alerts, and records. By configuring cleanup rules, you can optimize storage and align with your organization\u2019s compliance and data retention policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Only the Super Admin<\/strong> can configure Data Cleanup settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Once data is deleted via cleanup rules, it cannot be recovered<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Zecurit allows you to configure the retention period for various types of data, specifying how long it is stored before automatic deletion. This helps you manage data storage, comply with policies, and maintain privacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. User Logon History Retention<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • This setting controls how long Zecurit stores records of user login activities across all devices. By retaining this history, you can conduct short-term audits, review access patterns, and investigate security incidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      2. System Uptime History Retention<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
