Whether you\u2019re accessing pre-built reports, automating delivery via scheduled reports, or organizing frequently used reports through favorites, this guide covers everything you need to manage reports effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Report Cleanup Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure efficient storage and maintain compliance, Zecurit automatically deletes generated report files after a specific period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Default retention:<\/strong> 7 days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applies to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scheduled Reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On-Demand (manually exported) Reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>User Logon Reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other downloadable report types<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Once deleted, the report files cannot be recovered from the system.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>If your organization requires longer retention, we recommend downloading and archiving the reports externally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Favorites: Quick Access to Reports<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zecurit allows users to mark their most-used reports as <strong>Favorites<\/strong> for quicker access.
