Zecurit provides a secure, cloud-based platform for managing devices, assets and software across your organization. Before you begin using Zecurit, you’ll need to create an account and log in through the web portal.

This guide explains how to set up your account, access the platform, and manage login credentials.

1. Creating your Zecurit Admin account

Depending on your onboarding method, you may receive:

  • A direct invitation email with a login link
  • Access through a registration page configured by your IT team

If you received an Invite:

  1. Open the email titled “Welcome to Zecurit”
  2. Click the Get Started or Set Password button
  3. Set your login password and complete your profile
  4. You will be automatically logged in to your dashboard

If you are registering directly:

  1. Visit the Zecurit portal URL (e.g., https://app.zecurit.com)
  2. Click Sign Up
  3. Enter your organization name, email, and admin details
  4. Verify your email address via the confirmation link
  5. Set your password and log in

2. Logging in to Zecurit

To log in to your Zecurit account:

  1. Go to https://app.zecurit.com
  2. Enter your registered email and password
  3. Click Login

If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled:

  • You will be asked to enter a 6-digit verification code sent to the email address associated with your login.

You can enable 2FA later under Settings → Security

3. Resetting your Password

If you forget your password:

  1. Go to the login page and click Forgot Password?
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. You’ll receive a link to create a new password

Passwords must meet the minimum security standards (e.g., minimum 8 characters, at least one number and symbol)

4. Managing Users (Admins Only)

Once logged in, admins can:

  • Invite new users
  • Assign roles (Admin, Viewer, Operator, etc.)
  • Manage access via User & Role Management under Settings

Refer to the User & Role Management section for details on adding users and configuring access levels.
